Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Create an account, complete any required email verification and sign in. Set up your company information before creating customer records or business documents.

I have not received my verification email. What should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct address. Use the resend verification option on the account screen if available. If the email still does not arrive, contact support with your account email and the approximate time of your request. Do not send your password.

Why can I not sign in?

Confirm your email address, complete any required verification and check that Caps Lock is off. Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page if needed. If an error remains, note the message and contact support. Do not create a second account to work around an access problem.

Which company details should I complete first?

Review your legal and trading names, contact details, billing address, currency, timezone, VAT status and payment instructions. Confirm that details are correct before issuing documents. Available settings depend on the application features enabled for your account.

How should I configure VAT and tax?

Use your business's actual VAT registration status and the tax treatment applicable to your transactions. Review rates and whether prices include tax before creating documents. Ask your accountant or tax adviser if uncertain; the software does not determine your legal tax obligations.

What information should I capture for a customer?

Capture the correct customer or business name, billing and contact details, and any tax or reference details needed for your documents. Check for an existing record first to avoid duplicates. Only enter information you are authorised to process.

What is the usual quote, order and invoice workflow?

Set up the company, customer and items. Create and review a quote, record acceptance using the available workflow, then create the sales order and invoice through the supported conversion actions. Review each document before confirmation or issue. Available actions depend on document status, permissions and plan features.

Why is a document conversion unavailable or failing?

Check the source document's status, required company and customer details, line items and your permissions. Read the validation message before retrying. If an error occurred after submission, check whether the destination document already exists before trying again to avoid duplicates.

What should I check if a total looks incorrect?

Review quantity, unit price, discounts, tax rate, tax-inclusive settings and currency on each line. Check rounding and the document's totals against your source records. Capture the document reference and a redacted example for support if the difference remains.

How do document templates work?

Select an available template and preview the document before sending or downloading it. Check your logo, company information, tax details, payment instructions and any supported signature field. Template and signature availability can depend on the plan and document type.

How should I correct a document that has already been issued?

Follow the application's supported correction, cancellation or credit-note workflow where available. Do not remove records needed for your audit trail. Confirm the correct accounting and tax treatment with your adviser before changing an issued document.

Why does an invoice still show an outstanding balance?

Check that the payment was saved successfully, its status is appropriate and the correct amount was allocated to that invoice. Compare the payment currency and allocation with the invoice. A payment record alone does not confirm that funds cleared at the bank.

What should I do if I think a payment was recorded twice?

Compare references, amounts, dates and bank transactions before changing anything. Follow the supported correction or reversal process and retain the audit trail. If an online transaction is involved, confirm its status with the payment provider before retrying.

Where can I compare plans and usage limits?

Use the Pricing page to compare Basic, Plus, Business and Premium. Review the features, limits, trial conditions and payment terms shown for the selected plan before subscribing. Your accepted subscription details determine your purchase.

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

Check your current plan and the limit shown by the application. You may need to change usage or select another plan to continue the affected activity. Review any price and feature changes before confirming an upgrade or downgrade.

How do I request cancellation or resolve a billing query?

Use the account's cancellation facility if one is available, or contact support with your account reference and request. Review the applicable Terms of Service and your subscription confirmation for effective dates and refund arrangements. Do not send full payment card details.

My PDF does not download or display correctly. What can I try?

Check that the document saved, try its preview or download action again, and review browser download permissions. If the file downloaded, try opening it with another PDF viewer. Note the document reference and describe what is missing or incorrect. Avoid repeatedly submitting document creation actions.

I see an access or permission error. What should I do?

Confirm that you are signed in with the intended account and working with a company you are authorised to access. Ask your account administrator to review access where applicable. Send support the error message and document reference, with sensitive information removed. Do not attempt to bypass access controls.

What should I do after a failed or interrupted save?

Read any validation message and check whether the record was created before retrying. Keep a safe copy of unsaved work where possible. If the page appears unresponsive, avoid repeated submissions and report the time, action and any error reference to support.

What information should I share with support?

Provide your account email, the affected page or document reference, the time and timezone, the steps taken and the error message. Redact screenshots and files. Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment card details or unnecessary customer information.

What if I suspect someone accessed my account?

Use a trusted device to change your password if you can safely sign in, and contact support promptly. Ask your administrator to review authorised users where applicable. Do not share verification codes or follow unfamiliar links claiming to be from support.

How do I obtain copies of my business records?

Use the export or download functions available for the relevant records. If you need a format or record type that is not offered, ask support about available options. Arrange necessary copies before closing an account and retain records required for your business obligations.
